This is not correct, once more, but in a different way. You have highlighted a trait of the species, as if it is unique to the species. It's not. It's a trait of the genus.
If the New York Times made a mistake on its front page, it would at least carry a correction. As Wikipedia does not correct its errors, let's be strict and treat biology with accuracy.
Suggested alternative and accurate hook:
... that the male common midwife toad (pictured), like all members of the midwife toad genus, Alytes, carries his eggs around with him until they hatch?
