Dan Botwe

  • ... that after returning from exile in Ivory Coast, Dan Botwe now has an official mandate to divide regions in Ghana? [see this [1] and [this too [2]
  • ALT1... that Ghanaian computer scientist, Dan Botwe, once went into exile after he was tagged as a trouble maker by the military regime?
  • ALT2... that Dan Botwe once contested to be flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party because he felt the presidency of Ghana was not a "retirement" package for the aged?
  • ALT3... that Dan Botwe, a former political exile, has an aim to divide parts of Ghana.
  • ALT4... that Ghanaian computer scientist, Dan Botwe, has been described as a heavy weight, hard hitter?

  • ALT5... that Ghanaian computer scientist and former political exile, Dan Botwe, now has an official mandate to divide regions in his home country?
  • Symbol question.svg New enough, long enough, neutrally written, adequately referenced, no close paraphrasing seen. (There really was a lot of close paraphrasing in the article, but I edited it out.) QPQ done. Since this is a BLP, I struck ALT1. I do not see anything about dividing the country, as in ALT0, ALT3, and ALT5; perhaps this information was rewritten in the article. ALT2 is a little confusing for casual readers; why is the flag bearer position and the presidency conflated in the hook? ALT4 violates the close paraphrasing rule since it does not put the president's words in quotes.
  • I suggest something along these lines:
  • ALT6: ... that in 2017 Dan Botwe, a former political exile, became a cabinet member and minister in Ghana's newly created Ministry of Regional Reorganization and Development? Yoninah (talk) 23:05, 30 July 2017 (UTC)
