Gerp's mouse lemur
- ... that Gerp's mouse lemur is the most recently discovered mouse lemur species discovered in Madagascar, and is only known from an area smaller than the size of Puerto Rico?
- Reviewed: Coat of arms of Bivona
- Comment: I may have a picture coming, assuming I receive a reply from the author of the article describing this new species. – VisionHolder « talk » 10:20, 9 January 2012 (UTC)

- Good to go pending QPQ. Article is new enough and long enough and well referenced. Found no copyvios in the material available online without subscription (the abstract of the paper and the summary article). Must AGF on hook, since the size of the lemur's distribution or comparison to Puerto Rico is not in the abstract or summary article. I might suggest a possible reword (in the slight chance that another lemur is discovered between now and when the hook runs) to read ALT1 ... that Gerp's mouse lemur is a newly discovered mouse lemur species from Madagascar, and is only known from an area smaller than the size of Puerto Rico?, but that concern may just be me getting overly anal. - Thank you for the review, and for your patience on the review I had to complete for the nomination. Sadly, I've learned that if I don't nominate immediately, other people will try to claim my work, and last night/this morning I was too tired to review another article. Anyway, if you would like a copy of the full source to verify the hook, just email me through Wiki and I'll send you a copy. Otherwise, still no reply to my email request for a photo. If you want to hold the nomination for a week just in case, I'm fine with that. – VisionHolder « talk » 19:40, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
