- ALT1:
... that Murata Jukō created chanoyu, the Japanese tea ceremony?
- ALT1:
- This alt would be less confusing, as the article references chanoyu, but Japanese tea ceremony is linked, i.e. Template:Tq. – Epicgenius (talk) 20:05, 29 October 2014 (UTC)
- As an alternative, the article itself can be changed to link directly to Japanese tea ceremony, and we can keep the existing hook: i.e. Template:Tq.

- I see your point. I'm in favour of changing the article, myself, so I'll go and do that now. Yunshui 雲水 15:09, 30 October 2014 (UTC)
The original hook looks good to go. Epicgenius (talk) 18:25, 30 October 2014 (UTC)
Template:Ping Per Rule H2, you cannot approve your own hook. This review is also incomplete. Details that are supposed to be checked in a review can be found at DYK Reviewing guide. Yoninah (talk) 19:16, 30 October 2014 (UTC)
- Template:U, I am not approving my own hook, so there may be confusion about that. I have edited my comment, to indicate the original hook is the one that I approve. I would like to complete the review: Epicgenius (talk) 19:20, 30 October 2014 (UTC)
- To finish off the review:
- The 5x expansion has been verified. Its prose is long enough.
- I cannot see any foreign-language sources that are denoted as such.
- I used a plagiarism checker, and the text does not appear to have been copied without attribution (i.e. it is original text).
- The article has a neutral POV.
Now the original hook is good to go. I am not very familiar with doing DYK reviews, so I apologize for any snags. – Epicgenius (talk) 19:26, 30 October 2014 (UTC)
