  • Symbol question.svg Hi, I came by to promote this, but saying that she donated the proceeds to charity isn't entirely accurate. She used the proceeds to found her own charity. I think that's far more interesting. Yoninah (talk) 11:49, 6 December 2019 (UTC)
  • But I think not quite accurate: as I understand it, she created a fund through an existing charity. I would say that is not quite the same as starting her own charity. Mary Mark Ockerbloom (talk) 00:46, 7 December 2019 (UTC)
  • I believe Mary Mark Ockerbloom is correct according to the sources, it is just a question of where the emphasis is placed. I didn't think it was worth digging into that level of detail for the DYK hook, but I'm open to better alternate versions. Do you both agree the underlying article is good to go and we're just discussing the hook language now? Thank you both for helping highlight this article about a very interesting person. dm (talk) 06:49, 7 December 2019 (UTC)
  • Symbol confirmed.svg Oh, now I see, she gave the money to establish a fund at an existing charity. OK, restoring tick per Mary Mark Ockerbloom's review. Yoninah (talk) 16:58, 7 December 2019 (UTC)
