P. S. Krøyer's paintings of Marie‎

Double self-portrait of Marie and P.S. Krøyer

  • I think the original hook is fine, especially if the picture can be maintained in the DYK display.--Ipigott (talk) 08:34, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
  • 16px new enough, plenty big enough, well-referenced though almost all sources in Danish (AGF on translation, paraphrasing not an issue). Even though obvious - can we get an inline cite for the caption then? Then we're okay. Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 01:37, 24 October 2014 (UTC)
  • If it's the "new lover" that's bothering you, the ref I have added from Kristeligt Dagblad states: "... Marie Krøyer i 1902 indleder et forhold til den svenske komponist Hugo Alfven." (In 1902, Marie Krøyer began an affair with the Swedish composer Hugo Alfvén.) The Northern Light reference (in English but apparently not accessible online) also clearly documents the relationship in the context of the painting.--Ipigott (talk) 07:53, 29 October 2014 (UTC)
  • Template:Ping I think Cas may have been referring to the need for a citation for the first hook, which is only mentioned in the article in an image caption. It would be ideal if the fact was mentioned in the actual body of the article with a citation (I'm not sure the painting itself can attest that it was a double self-portrait). 97198 (talk) 11:18, 29 October 2014 (UTC)
  • OK, I have now added a few words on the double portrait with a reference. Hope this is what is needed.--Ipigott (talk) 11:41, 29 October 2014 (UTC)
