Project Wizard
- ... that the USAF's 1946 Project Thumper and Project Wizard were the first detailed studies of an anti-ballistic missile system, intended to attack a V-2-like missile?
5x expanded by Maury Markowitz (talk). Self nominated at 23:14, 29 December 2013 (UTC).
- 16px 11,000+ characters, hook verified with the PDF source, 5x expansion done. However, this link doesn't seem to work. Ethically (Yours) 15:56, 5 January 2014 (UTC)
- Well caught. Can you try it again, I think I've fixed it. Maury Markowitz (talk) 12:33, 7 January 2014 (UTC)
I did a QPQ for this a couple weeks back, I did three in a short span. I can't recall which one though! Maury Markowitz (talk) 12:43, 29 January 2014 (UTC) And a couple since. Elizibeth Shanley can bless this one. Maury Markowitz (talk) 16:43, 29 January 2014 (UTC)
- Elizabeth Shanley has already been used for one of the Boeing nominations. Template:Did you know nominations/Sussie Eriksson doesn't seem to have been used yet, so unless you have objections, we'll use that one as a QPQ here. Maury, it's up to you to provide a link to the specific QPQ review you're using, so the reviewer can easily confirm it. Thanks. BlueMoonset (talk) 16:14, 30 January 2014 (UTC)
16px Reviewer needed to finish review, including checking the original issue raised. BlueMoonset (talk) 16:14, 30 January 2014 (UTC)
- 16px Continuing from Ethically Yours' review: The link still doesn't work. The third paragraph under "Thumper and Wizard" needs at least one cite per Rule D2, and there is a tag in the fourth paragraph in the same section. Otherwise, no close paraphrasing seen in sources. QPQ done. Yoninah (talk) 23:13, 10 February 2014 (UTC)
- Can you try the URL again? I works for me no matter which one I use, it just seems to take a long time on one and then the other. Maury Markowitz (talk) 00:05, 11 February 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks for taking care of the cite and the tag. The URL is redirecting me to http://www.af.mil/. BTW, where is this source in the document? I can't find it. Yoninah (talk) 10:46, 11 February 2014 (UTC)
- I honestly don't know what to say, it works fine for me, and I know other people have gone to it to, I found it in other articles. When I click it goes to http://www.dtic.mil/dtic/tr/fulltext/u2/a246702.pdf , is that the same for you? Have you tried another browser? Maybe it's a cache problem?
