This article is new enough and long enough. Approving ALT2 as being cited inline although, according to the source, he was the oldest athlete to ever take part, rather than the oldest to debut at a Commonwealth Games event. The other two hooks are interesting, but it is difficult to fit the two completely different claims to fame into one coherent hook. The article is neutral and free from copyright issues.
