United States military bands
- ... that the regimental band of the U.S. Army's 369th Regiment (the "Harlem Hellfighters Band") is credited with introducing jazz to Europe during World War I?
- Reviewed: SPOT (TSA program)
- Comment: I found this article in a seriously dilapidated state. It still requires tons of work and is certainly not-ready-for-primetime (but is ready for the lower standards of DYK). Please keep that in mind and review it just by the DYK criteria. I'm aware there's a lot of references that still need to be inserted, copyediting, etc., however, the hook is properly referenced, there's no copyvio, and it's been 5x expanded. I just wanted to get this nomination in before the deadline runs out; the article requires weeks of work still.
