Related resources and guidance:
- For a simple outline of what a Wikipedia article requires, see The answer to life.
- For guidance on writing good articles, see Your First Article, Article Development, [[Wikipedia:The perfect article|The Perfect Article]], Writing Better Articles, and the Manual of Style. You may also find the Article Wizard useful for starting a new article.
- For established articles that may be almost ready for Featured Article Candidacy, you should request a Peer Review.
- For new articles that are currently in your userspace, or that you have a draft of, please read Wikipedia's notability guideline.

To post a new request for feedback on an article:
- Link to the article you want feedback for when asked in the box below.
- Write a brief summary of your work, but do not post the whole article here.
- If you have rewritten an existing article, you may wish to provide a diff link from that article's history that shows your changes.
- Check regularly for responses to your request. You might consider adding this page to your watchlist.
- Remember people helping you here are volunteers and their time is scarce, so if you haven't already, please take the time to read the help available to you before posting here, for example Wikipedia:Tutorial, Wikipedia:Your first article, and Wikipedia:Writing better articles. You could also review Wikipedia:So you made a user subpage draft before posting – this offers good advice for improvement even if you've already posted your new article live, especially if you haven't used the Article Wizard (carefully).
- Please note that this page is patrolled by volunteer editors just like you and it may take several days or longer for us to review your request.
