Usage
This template is used to notify users on their talk page of the status of their request through the Wikipedia:Files for upload process.
Accept
- {{subst:ffu talk}} displays:
Hello, and thank you for your request at Files for Upload! The file has been uploaded. Regards.
- To specify the file that has been uploaded: {{subst:ffu talk|file=Filename.ext}} displays
Hello, and thank you for your request at Files for Upload! The file has been uploaded. You can find it at File:Filename.ext. Regards.
Decline
- {{subst:ffu talk|decline}} displays:
Hello, and thank you for your request! Unfortunately, your request has been declined. The reason is shown on the main Files for Upload page. This request will be archived after seven days. Regards.
- {{subst:ffu talk|d}} or {{subst:ffu talk|declined}} can also be used.
Comment
- {{subst:ffu talk|comment}} displays:
Hello, and thank you for your request! I've looked over your request and left a comment. Please check the comment and respond at your request on the main Files for Upload page (not here). Your request will stay there for seven days and then it will be archived. Regards.
