Usage

This subtemplate produces references for speaker data on language articles. If the number of speakers is taken from Ethnologue 19, enter e19 in the 'ref' field, and a footnote will be generated that links to the page on Ethnologue article, based on the language's ISO639-3 code. This footnote can be linked to elsewhere on the page with <ref name=e19/> (e18 and e17, etc., can be used for the 18th etc. editions).

In addition, using linglist produces a named reference which can be linked to with <ref name=linglist/>. Using either ne2007 or ne2010 produces <ref name=NE100/>.
