The Ligue 1 Manager of the Year is an annual award presented to managers in Ligue 1. It recognises the most outstanding manager(s) in Ligue 1 each season. It is awarded by UNFP and serves as a part of Trophées UNFP du football.
AS Cannes manager Luis Fernández won the inaugural award in 1994 for helping the newly promoted team qualify for 1994–95 UEFA Cup. Current holder of the award is Lille manager Christophe Galtier, who won it in 2019. With three wins, Laurent Blanc holds the record for winning the award most number of times. He is also the only manager to win the award in consecutive years. In 2009, Eric Gerets became the first Non-French manager to win the award.
