Fried chicken is one of several foods that surrounding by the black racial stereotypes. Among with watermelon and chittarlings, fired chicken has been assosiated with black people since the American Civil War. [1] There are many reasons that caused this situation. Before the Civil War, chicken dishes were popular among slaves, because chickens were the lone animals creatures that slaves were allowed to raise all alone. [2]
