Even if the votes in Michigan and Florida are not cut in half, and Obama gives back all the votes in Michigan. Clinton would have 1926-34.5(1/2 Michigan's votes) +86 (Michigan's votes. She has 55% popularity votes) -52.5(i.e. 1/2 Florida's votes)+105(Florida)=2030; and Obama would have 2158 (current estimates)-29.5 (all Michigan votes)-38.5(i.e. 1/2 Florida's votes)+67(florida)=2157. Obama would still win.
