The seal of the president of the Philippines, in use since 2004, shown here in its 82-star version following the creation of Maguindanao del Sur in 2022. This version complies with Section 1 of Executive Order No. 310, s. 2004, which states that "the number of stars conforming to the number of provinces of the Republic of the Philippines at any given time."
The display of the Seal of the President of the Philippines, or any likeness or substantial part of it, is restricted except as used by the President of the Philippines or as may otherwise be provided by law or by Presidential issuance under Executive Order No. 310, s. 2004; however, its "use in encyclopedias, dictionaries, books, journals, pamphlets, periodicals, or magazines incident to a description or history of coats-of-arms, seals, flags, heraldry, or the Philippine Presidency or Vice Presidency" is allowed under the same order.
