This sport logo image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}. It is recommended to name the SVG file “South Korean national baseball team uniform logo.svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.

According to South Korean copyright law precedent related to threshold of originality, South Korean copyright law does not protect simple shapes, traditional patterns, and typefaces. Therefore, in South Korea, logos and trademarks consisting only of these elements are not copyrighted. However, as the Supreme Court of South Korea has ruled that the logo of Fox Racing is copyrighted, a logo and trademark at a level that can be recognized for originality is copyrighted. See COM:CRT/South Korea#Threshold of originality for more information.
