Thanks. "Parolin", yes, oops! See here re the Cinque Savi - pretty clear they cover the whole republic, & of course Nove isn't actually in the city. I think one of the characteristics of the R of V was that, given their history, there was barely any distinction between "a part of the government of the Republic" and "the city administration".
