General
This template is designed to replicate the template Vorlage:Infobox Bahnhof on German Wikipedia in order to enable the rapid translation and porting of infoboxes from German railway station articles. The idea is that the infobox is simply copied across and will work immediately; the field headings being automatically translated and linked as part of the process. The only work required is then to translate any free text as required.
Basically a list of several words can be assigned to each parameter. This is achieved by using

value 1

value 2
…
last value

. For parameters, such as "Route" (Strecken) free text can be inserted by placing a * in front of each line. When doing this it is important that each asterisk begins a new line so that the text is displayed as a list.
Where the template {{Koordinate Artikel}} is already used within the article, the coordinates may be displayed twice in the upper right hand corner of the article. In this case the coordinates should be transferred from {{Koordinate Artikel}} to the corresponding infobox parameter and the {{Koordinate Artikel}} template deleted.
Always list all the parameters, when you use the infobox in an article. It is not a problem if a parameter is empty, because it will not normally be displayed in the article. There is no need to remove it. Do not delete unused parameters because they may subsequently be filled at a later date.
If you want to expand this template please use the discussion page of this article.
